Are you looking to fill your freezer with high quality beef from our farm? Here is the way to do it. Not only is it completely customizable how you get your beef processed, but it's also the best value for your buck.
We offer both halves and wholes for custom processing (if you would like a whole you would just do 2 deposits). The total pricing is $5.50/LB hanging weight, which includes the beef and the processing. The deposit paid is considered a commitment to buy, which means it is nonrefundable. The deposit comes off of your balance due at the time of pickup.
Once we receive your deposit we will have you on our list for our next processing date (be sure to ask us ahead of time when it will be to be sure it fits your schedule). Closer to the time of processing we will have you fill out a cut sheet and get all of your instructions to pass on to our processor. We will take the cow to the processor and pick the meat up from the processor. That way you only have to pay us once and pick up at our farm.
All of the meat will be frozen, in vacuum sealed packages sized appropriately based on your specifications. All packages will be in boxes ready to put into your car and then onto your freezer.
